ACVM has been approached on its position of using QR codes (or similar technologies enabling electronic links to information) on labels. Currently, ACVM labelling guidelines do not cover these types of situations and the ACVM have clarified their position in a paper to be tabled at the AVMAC meeting to be held on the 28th of July 2021
